Taylor Swift is set to make a tidy profit on the Nashville, Tennessee home she bought last year – she’s put the property on the market for $50,000 more than she paid for it.
Swift purchased the four bedroom, five bathroom mansion in 2010 for $1.45 million, but has already put it up for sale with a small price hike.
The sprawling estate features several gardens, a water fountain and an outdoor fireplace, while inside, the ceilings are ornately crafted and the decor is styled in a 1920s theme.
The home is just one house in Swift’s growing property portfolio – she bought her parents a three-bedroom home in the same area, has a huge penthouse in central Nashville, and is the proud owner of a $3.55 million house in Beverly Hills.
