Who Won at Women of the Year Awards?

Reality show fans and Twi-hards alike were whipped into a frenzy last night in London when Kim Kardashian and Kristen Stewart were in town for the same bash.

Kim K. and K.Stew both hit Glamour's Women of the Year awards.

Only one starlet won a prize herself, but neither girl left empty-handed:First of all, Kim scored the Entrepreneur of the Year award.

"What an honor!" Kim Tweeted after getting the good news.

But K.Stew was there to present the Man of the Year award to a fellow costar of hers: Garrett Hedlund. "I'm so proud of him!" she told the audience. "I can verify that he's definitely the man!"

The sometimes-shy Twilight star was in a social mood last night, even hitting the afterparty to hang with Garrett, clad in another Balmain mini.
