Singer Adele was honoured with the Solo Artist of the Year trophy, while Sarah Burton, the creative director of Alexander McQueen, picked up the Designer Award for her bridal creation at April's royal wedding.
Other winners on the night included Aussie star Dannii Minogue, who won a gong for her TV work, pop star Jessie J, who scored the Woman of Tomorrow prize and model-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who landed the Editor's Special Award.
Kardashian is currently in the UK to launch her perfume, and will soon be flying home to start planning her wedding to basketball star, Kris Humphries.
